Armstrong Williams

I think the Bush administration paying Armstrong Williams $240,000 was a brilliant way to bypass the liberal media and promote President Bush's education overhaul. Liberals are angry because the Bush administration figured out another way to take their message to the people without being filtered by the liberal media. Also, I think we can all agree there's just a bit a racism in the liberal's objection to this tactic.

I think we all can agree that your post makes absolutely no sense. Wasting $240,000 of taxpayer money? I thought conservatives were against "wasteful spending." If the Fairness Doctrine had not been repealed by the FCC in the 80's, this would be illegal. And where's the racism? The racism, if anywhere, exists in the Bush Administration's using of an African American pundit to push a dubious program to an African American audience. What, they won't listen to white people? Do we have to "talk their language?"

As a matter of fact, I predicted this line of argument ("I think the Bush administration paying Armstrong Williams $240,000 was a brilliant way to bypass the liberal media and promote President Bush's education overhaul.")in one of the posts on my blog. Nice try.

Liberal media.

Hahaha!

What, are they inflecting the WRONG WORDS when they read out the White House press releases?
